When you wake up
Do you think of me
Or do I lie endlessly
For nothing
Imagining
That you were here all the time
I see you in the corner
Of my eye
I don't think half a glass
Or a desperate drag
Could calm my nerves today
I just need you to lay here with me
Until we fall asleep in this grave
Made for two
Is that so much to ask of you?
In a grave for two
I'll give up all confidence
If you promise to stay
This time spent thinking of you
Hardly feels wasted
But these somber days are passing
I haven't moved in hours
Would you join me if I begged?
You're running circles around my head
But you're heart wasn't in it until I left

These dudes are one of the best bands to come out in the last ten years. Really glad I found em. Give em a listen, you won't be disappointed. CULTON211
Twangy grunge? Dinosaur Jr. except make it Emmylou Harris? It's real on the new EP from California band Grave Saddles. Bandcamp New & Notable Jun 1, 2023
Melodic post-grunge that eschews all of the negative connotations of that phrase and embraces all the positives: huge hooks, huge-r riffs. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 8, 2023

Amazing EP. I've been listening to this at least once a month for the past year. It might not be the most experimental stuff in the genre right now, but it's super solid and everything it needs to be. Can't wait for a full record. Joshua Campbell
